Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping: 

Usually takes 1-4 business days for delivery depending on where you are located.

RETURNS

Please note that we do not take returns unless there is a valid defect with the item, change of mind returns are not accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue —please contact us at info@myskstudios.com.au & we will find a solution!
Any claims must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, worn, soiled or modified from their original condition.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Package

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us & you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
